By placing an order using our online order form, by telephone or fax you are entering into a contract with Montana Racing Services Ltd. You are agreeing to make payment in full and advance for the goods you have ordered, to the values and carriage totals advertised on our website. It is your responsibility to quote these amounts correctly on our Secure Online Order Form. UK carriage is applicable to all orders. We ship to the United Kingdom ONLY. If ordering by telephone, email or fax, in placing your order you agree to pay the total amount quoted to you by our sales staff. We endeavour to maintain up to date prices and product information on our website which is updated on a weekly basis, however we do reserve the right to amend our advertised prices without notice. Carriage charges are cumulative. Carriage price reductions in the event of more than one item being dispatched from the same source are at Montana Racing Services Ltd discretion. Many of the products we supply are shipped direct from the manufacturer, UK distributor or one of our suppliers. Carriage from our premises always includes a handling and packaging element. As long as we have your requested item in stock we deliver your order right away. You should receive your order within seven business days. Special orders or items that require assembly or other preparation may take longer. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will usually be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions: Items are returned carriage paid. Items are received in a resalable condition. Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund. Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced). Items returned after 14 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return. All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. Montana Racing Services Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts. Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim. When the order is placed at our website you are directed to Barclays Bank secure payment page where all are transactions are dealt with, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
